Steps to Enrollment

1. Inquiry

Submit an online or in person inquiry to begin the process of gaining more information. 

2. Campus Visit

Schedule a personalized campus visit to tour our classrooms, meet our faculty, and explore the Journey Christian Academy difference.

3. Application

After experiencing JCA firsthand through a campus visit, you can submit your child’s application online. The application process is simple and secure, and the fee is only $100.

4. Academic Records

Once you’ve submitted your child’s application, we’ll be in touch to guide you through requesting academic records and recommendations from your child’s current school. We understand this process can vary, so our team is here to help every step of the way.

5. Interview

Following a completed application, we invite parents and their prospective student to a formal interview. This is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss needs and goals, and answer any questions you may have. We believe this personal interaction allows us to create a strong foundation for success at JCA.

6. Decision

After the interview, we’ll carefully review your child’s application and interview details. We understand this is an important decision for your family, and we aim to communicate our admissions decision promptly. We’ll be in touch to share the exciting news if your child is offered a place at Journey Christian Academy!

7. JCA Knights way Introduction

Just before the school year starts, join us for our “Knights Way Introduction.” This exciting evening welcomes new students and families, introducing you to our core values, fostering a strong school-parent partnership, and allowing students to meet classmates and teachers.  It’s the perfect way to feel the JCA spirit and get ready for a fantastic year!
